  • Coordinate with Lender/broker and borrower to update and run-down the search before going to the closing table.

  • We offer an excellent settlement service through our pool of experienced closers, who know the mortgage and title closing process. Their experience, professionalism, and courtesy make the closing easy.

  • We can close transactions at the time and place convenient to the parties concerned.

  • Disbursement of all money upon funding to all parties by check or by wire transfer, as directed.

  • We undertake recording of all the new instruments with the Government agencies and follow up further with the prompt issuance of the Title Insurance Policies.

  • We coordinate with experienced and qualified intermediaries dealing with 1031 exchange to assist seller/buyers in their closing of second home or investment property.
